Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications published by Streamlined Studios (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”), each of which is referred to below as an “Application”. These services are provided as commercial services and are intended for use “AS IS”.

Not every Application uses every feature or third-party service described below. Some Applications work entirely offline and collect nothing at all. The privacy details shown on each Application’s App Store product page describe what that specific Application collects, and take precedence over the general descriptions here.

Information Collection and Use

Depending on the Application, the following information may be collected when you download and use it:

  • Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
  • The screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those screens
  • The operating system and device model you use
  • Application version, crash reports, and diagnostic information
  • Purchase and subscription status

This information is used to operate the Application, diagnose problems, understand which features are used, and improve the Applications over time.

Content You Provide

Some Applications let you enter information, take photos, or import images and documents in order to provide their core function. Unless otherwise stated in the Application, this content is stored on your device and, where the Application offers it, in your own private iCloud account. The Service Provider does not have access to content stored in your iCloud account.

Where a feature requires sending your content to a server in order to work (see “Artificial Intelligence” below), only the content needed for that feature is transmitted.

Camera and Photos

Some Applications request access to your camera or photo library. This access is used only for the feature you invoke — for example, capturing or selecting an image for the Application to analyze or store. The Service Provider does not scan or upload your photo library.

Location

Some Applications request your approximate or precise location while you are using them, and only after you grant permission. Where location is used, it is used to provide the requested function — for example, retrieving conditions, forecasts, or results relevant to where you are. Location is not used to build advertising profiles, and is not sold. Applications that do not require location never request it. You can revoke location access at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Artificial Intelligence

Some Applications use artificial intelligence to power features such as image recognition, identification, classification, text generation, and recommendations.

  • When you use an AI-powered feature, the input needed for that feature — for example a photo you capture, or text you enter — is sent over an encrypted connection to a third-party AI provider for processing, and the result is returned to the Application.
  • AI processing is currently performed by OpenAI, accessed through AIProxy, which relays requests without exposing API credentials in the Application. AIProxy may process your IP address as part of relaying the request and applying abuse protection.
  • Content sent for AI processing is not used by the Service Provider to train AI models, and the Service Provider’s agreements with these providers do not permit your content to be used to train their models.
  • AI features are only invoked when you actively use them. If you do not use an AI feature, nothing is sent for AI processing.
  • AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. It is provided for general informational purposes only, and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, nutritional, or safety advice. Always verify important results independently.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. The Service Provider never receives your payment card details. Some Applications use RevenueCat to manage entitlements and to verify purchase status, which involves transmitting a purchase receipt and an anonymous, app-generated identifier.

Push Notifications

Some Applications can send push notifications, and will ask for your permission before doing so. These are used to deliver alerts related to the Application’s function and, occasionally, information about the Application itself. You can disable notifications at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized, or functionally necessary data is transmitted to external services to operate and improve the Applications. The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.

The Applications may utilize third-party services that have their own privacy policies. Depending on the Application, these may include:

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by an Application by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the App Store. You can also revoke individual permissions — camera, photos, location, notifications, and tracking — at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Data Retention Policy

Content you create in an Application is retained on your device (and in your own iCloud account, where applicable) until you delete it or uninstall the Application. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only for as long as it is useful for operating and improving the Applications. If you would like the Service Provider to delete data you have provided, please contact matt@streamlinedstudios.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Applications do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (matt@streamlinedstudios.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. Data transmitted between the Applications and any server is encrypted in transit.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-08-13.

Your Consent

By using an Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
